Return Policy
Customers
shall not return the goods after receiving things. Customers can receive
reimbursement or change other items of goods for replacement but the
shipping and handling charges are paid by customers, please contact us :

Damage or Breakage
If there is any damage or breakage, we will send
you a replacement free of charge. Please send us, by mail or email, a photo
of the damaged pieces and a copy of your invoice (we need this to show our
insurance agent).

Can I Get Items Shipped To My
PO Box Address?
Unfortunately, no. For your security, UPS requires a physical (street)
address for door- to-door delivery.

What About Customs Charges?
You may be charged import duties and taxes that are levied once a shipment
reaches your country. Customs clearance charges are your responsibility as
we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they will be.
As customs charges vary widely from country to country, please contact your
local customs office for further information. Please Note: If a shipment
is rejected because of customs clearance charges you will be responsible for
any fees incurred.
