1. How many days does it take to process my order?
We create the proof copy in 1 to 2 business days after we receive the wording. Once the proof has been finalized it takes us 4 to 5 business days to have the final card ready. Generally the courier service takes 3 to 4 business days to deliver the cards to you.

2. Can I order samples? How do I do so?
Yes, the samples will be delivered to you at a cost. Select your preferred cards from our vast range of designs, and click on the Sample Order button provided under every card.

3. Can I customize printing for my invitation wordings?
We have a team of professionals who design the text content of the card to your specific needs for silkscreen printing

4. What does a sample card include?
The sample includes the main card, an envelope and the interleaf or insert of your chosen design.

5. How do I specify logos, fonts and colours that I would like printed and submit the same to you along with the text matter?
This is a two-phased process. You must first choose the desired symbols, fonts and colours.

6. Do I get proof before printing is done?
Once you submit the words and the symbols, we create the proof and send it to you in jpg. file formats. Once you have received the proof, you can suggest changes and alterations as required and we will re-work and send the proofs to you. Only once you have approved the final design do we send the card to print.

7. What do you mean by add on cards/wedding stationery?
RSVP and Thank You cards are generally termed as Mail cards. Sangeet, Mehendi Cards and other pre/post marriage cards are referred to as function cards.

8. How to order add on cards/wedding stationery like RSVP, Thank You Card etc.; and like Sangeet, Mehendi Cards etc?
The bottom of our home page has various links under Add on cards for these options. Click on the desired option and select from a wide variety of samples.

9. What standard materials are used for add on cards/wedding stationery?
A standard stationary or add-on card is made of Ivory/Cream paperboard and our designers can create a design to match the main card

10. Can we order blank cards without printing?
Yes

11. Does the price quoted for the wedding card also cover add on cards/stationery?
Add on cards/stationary are optional and are charged accordingly.

12. Can I get add on cards/stationery in the same paper material as my card?
You can get coordinated stationary (subject to availability of material).

13. Do I get to see the proof of the add on cards/coordinated stationery?
Yes. Just as we send you the proof of the wedding card, so too we send you proof of these cards and wait for your approval before printing them.

14. What are Standard Printing charges?
Standard Printing charges cover two sides of interleaf or inserts along with return address on Envelope. We offer Flat Standard Printing charges for any quantity on individual Bulk Order.

15. what is the minimum time of delivery for the sample order? Can I trace the delivery status online ?
Overseas delivery time is 4 to 6 days and the delivery time within India is 1to 3 days. Yes, we provide you the tracking no. as soon as we ship your parcel, so you can track the delivery status online at www.ups.com

16. How do I pay for my sample and/or bulk order?
we maintains a secured server to facilitate a safe payment gateway through any international or Indian credit/debit card

17. What if any import duty/or local taxes are applicable?
If any such charges are applied, the customer will have to bear the cost.

18. How are the cards dispatched?
The general method used for dispatch of orders is Couriers. We use reputed Courier services like FedEx, DHL and others. Customers are welcome to collect their orders from our office in Bombay if so desired. We can also dispatch cards under your account number with any of the couriers we are tied up with.

19. What can be level of variation in the product/cards?
Any material and process requiring hand work may contain some natural variation. This should not be treated as defective

20. How do I calculate Card Cost, Printing & Courier charges?
Along with every card displayed on our site, a link has been provided to enable this function. This link is prominently placed on a red band below card detail.

21. What are the font choices I have for my wedding card ?
In wedding invitations, normally script fonts are used. We can prepare matter in different fonts and styles and based on your choice and feedback we will design the matter till your satisfaction. In case you want the design in a particular font you can always tell us the name of font (or send us the font file as an attachment with e-mail). We can print cards in all languages e.g. English, Gujarati etc.

22. What is the procedure for proof ?
You can send us the wordings in word or text format. We will get the matter designed and will send you the colored proofs in JPEG image file format as an attachment with e-mail. You can view the proof (We suggest taking print-outs and checking it thoroughly line by line for spellings including commas and full stops) and send us the corrections (if any). In case if there are corrections we will again send you the corrected JPEG proof. The process will be repeated till it is final. Only after your clear green signal the job goes for printing. 23. Do you provide add-on cards e.g. RSVP, Thank You cards?
Yes, we provide full range of Save The Date Card, RSVP Card, Thank You, Mehandi, Garba, Cocktail etc. add-on cards. Please e-mail us at sales@amazedcorporation.com to enquire about pricing of these cards.

24. So, how much time it must take for the complete procedure ?
You can select the card's) that suits your interest to receive as sample and make an order for them. Once your order for sample is received we will ship them immediately. Simultaneous to ordering sample you can send us wordings in the word format. We will start designing the proofs immediately and will follow the complete procedure for proof as described here. So by the time you receive samples to make a decision, Proofs are also finalized. Once you see the sample, finalize the proofs and your payment is thru, we take the job for printing. We will ship the cards immediately after they are ready and will intimate you about the delivery details.
3-5 days : For samples to reach and in the mean time proofs are finalized
3-4 days : For printing
3-5 days : For final cards to reach to you
Normally it must take 10 - 15 days for the complete procedure.

25. How many cards I can choose as sample ?
If you have 100% decided for your card, you can order for just 1 sample. However, if you liked more than 1 card and wanted to decide for best among them only after viewing, you can order as many as sample cards you want. Shipping cost is calculated on actual basis and depends on the weight of parcel and destination country. (Up to 5 cards can come in 0.50 Kg. Packet.)

26. What all do I get in a sample card? Do we get our text printed on sample(s) ?
A sample card includes:
- Main card (the main design that you see on the site).
- Matching envelope
- A loose interleaf to print the text on or insert(s) as the case may be.
- Samples are sent blank.

27. Is sample cost is adjustable in later bulk order ?
Yes, The complete sample cost (including shipment costs) is 100% adjustable, If you place a bulk order (minimum order of $ 150 excluding shipping) with us.

28. How much is the sample cost ?
Samples are sent against sample cost + actual shipping cost. Sample card cost is either $2 or $ 4 depending on the card and shipping cost depends on the weight of the packet. Shipping cost for minimum 0.50 Kg. packet varies from $ 13 to $ 25 depending on the destination country.

29. Can I order for samples before I place the actual bulk order?
Yes! You definitely can order for samples. Sample cost for overseas order- 2 US$ if the sample is of General cards and 5 US$ for designer card plus the actual shipment cost, which may range from 13US$ to 20 US$ per ½ Kg. Online Payment, to be made at the site with the order. (Master and Visa card accepted). You can get approximately 5-6 cards in the ½ kg weight.

30. Can I view the actual card(s) before deciding for my final order ? How To order for Samples?
Yes, Our site facilitates buying samples before actually deciding for bulk order. It takes 3-5 days to reach worldwide. For details please refer to 'How To Order' page.

The process for ordering is as follows: - Select an appropriate category to browse through the catalogues based on your delivery destination.
- Select the price range and pattern of the cards.
- Select cards into your Sample cart by clicking on 'add to sample cart' button beside each card.
- Repeat the process till you have done all the selection
- Click on ' View and order your selected sample cards' button on the top of the page for ordering samples.
- Check and Compare all the items and delete unwanted cards or other items and click on 'Order for Samples'
- Select country and mode of payment.
- Provide shipping address and other details and click on 'Next button'
- Check up everything -like shipping address is correct or not, the phone no. etc. and in case of problem correct them and then click on 'Click here to pay' button.
- Provide credit card details and then click on the 'submit' button.
- Once the payment is approved the samples will be delivered within the stipulated time.
